Requesting & Paying for Your Vatican Tour
In 3 Easy Steps
1. Pick your date
Click the calendar on your left to see what days the Vatican museums are open.
- Group Tours are available every day highlighted in yellow
- Exclusive Tours are available any days except those in red
2. Send an email vaticanartwalks@gmail.com
We need 3 things:
- - your preferred date (& a back-up date, if possible)
- - which tour you are requesting (if Vatican whether you want a Group or Exclusive Tour)
- - how many adults and students in your party
3. Pay the invoice (by credit card/Paypal) and you're confirmed!
As soon as we receive your email we will send you an invoice for 1/3 of the cost of the tour.
To have a fully confirmed reservation you need to pay the invoice (using any credit card or Paypal).
Once
you have paid your deposit we will send you a Google map of the exact
meeting spot, along with other information that will be useful for your
Vatican visit.
All reservations can be cancelled for a full refund until 48 hours before the start of the tour (minus 15% processing fee). If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice (by phone or email) you have 2 choices:
1) forfeit your deposit;
2) have it applied to any other tour you book with us within the following 30 days.
